Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can also track your order directly from your account dashboard.

  1. Navigate to My Orders in your account.
  2. Select the order you wish to view.
  3. Click on the tracking link provided.

Tracking updates may take a few hours to appear after the package is picked up by the carrier.

Order Statuses

  • Processing: The seller has received your order and is preparing it for shipment.
  • Shipped: The item has been handed over to the delivery partner.
  • Delivered: The package has been delivered to your specified address.

Modifying an Order

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact the seller or our support team as soon as possible. Modifications may not be possible once the order has been processed or shipped.
